Production: Painstaking, continuous monitoring of the hand-picked harvest governs the selection of our finest grapes. Gentle de-stemming, cold fermentation, preservation of the bouquet of the must during the first pressing, static cold filling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 17° and 18° C using an inert atmosphere guarantee the quality of the wine. Finally the wine is filtered, bottled and left to mature in the bottle for at least 30 days before it is sold.
Tasting notes: Clean, greenish yellow in colour with golden hues. The nose has a highly aromatic intensity with fruity aromas of mango, peach and pear, and also white blossom. Elegant entry with a pleasant, complex presence on the palate. Of particular note is its balance combined with a lingering finish.
